Put simply, it’s to create extra cash flow from one of the many cash flow strategies available, and pump this extra cash into quality Real Estate or other capital growth assets. As the assets grow in value, some of the ‘free’ equity is taken as cash to invest in more assets.

Real Estate is responsible for more wealth that I can count, but only when you have cash to support it. This is where so many people came unstuck in the financial crisis; because they just didn’t have the cash flow to maintain the asset.

Our advice to people is to treat their finances more like a business. Be completely on top of your cash flow, invest in quality assets and over time real wealth will be achieved.

We want to create a cash machine from the Stock Market and from the Internet. And when we have some extra cash coming in, we pump it into real estate. This is so simple is almost rediculas, but most people have no idea, or no desire for action.
