the car that best suits you was in the Holden dealer’s yard up
the road?? Is the Ford dealer going to tell you to go away and
see the guys at Holden?? …..No.
Wouldn’t it be great if you could sit down with
just one person and tell them what you are looking for in a car,
and then have them go and do all of the legwork for you and come
back with the best car for you at the best price?
Do Mortgage Brokers cost more?
Not at all. It doesn’t cost any extra to go
through a mortgage broker. A broker gets paid a commission from
the bank when they introduce a client to them. You could go
shopping all over town yourself to find the best deal, or you
can get a broker to do it for you for free and get access to all
of the banks great deals, at no extra cost to you. It makes good
sense to use a broker….
Also, a broker only gets paid on results, so it’s
in their best interest to find you the best deal and ensure that
you are happy. The banks are happy to pay brokers a commission
because they are not paying staff overtime rates to come and see
you at your home in the evenings.
